• All reservations must be guaranteed with full payment at the time of booking.

• All bookings are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, modifications, early departures, or no-shows.
2. Cancellation and No-Show
• This property operates a strict non-refundable policy.
• In case of cancellation, modification, early departure, or failure to arrive (no-show), the full amount of the reservation remains charged and no refunds, credits, or date changes will be offered.
3. Secure Payments & Data Protection
• All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a globally trusted and certified payment service provider.
• Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of payment industry security certification.
• All transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, ensuring that your personal and payment information is protected during transmission.
• We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit/debit card details at any time. Card data is handled exclusively within Stripe’s secure infrastructure.

4. Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in time: From 14:00 / 15:00 (unless otherwise confirmed).
• Check-out time: By 10:00 / 11:00 / 12:00 (unless otherwise agreed).

6. Guest Responsibility
